I've been trying to get help for nearly a month, but every time I submit a request to the support center, I just receive an automated, unhelpful response—and then my request is marked as "resolved" without actually being addressed.It’s incredibly frustrating. Their AI system doesn’t even allow submitting a ticket specifically for issues related to the Verification Center, so I’ve been forced to file it under unrelated topics.Right now, the Verification Center is asking me to upload documents for a bank account that I deleted a long time ago. I’ve already added a new personal bank account, so why am I being asked to verify a non-existent one?Because of this, I can’t withdraw my Fiverr funds, and it’s honestly very disappointing.

I've been using Payoneer debit card since ~2018. I was spending funds that were sent by my previous employer by that time since they were working with Payoneer. I worked there a year and changed my job, there was no new funds added almost 6 years.I had my regular withdrawals when I was working. In order to keep using debit card, which I renewed couple of times during that time, I left my last salary so was happily using debit card for my expenses online and abroad even though fees are not that good. And I always provided documents they asked for during this time. I had no problem. Couple of weeks ago they asked again since I asked a new debit card (which was expired), I provided a bill and (same) ID and boom my account is disabled. This is a joke. This can't be explained by any AML policies. I can understand you are bombarded by regulations, but you should either not purely rely on AI or something, or have your due diligence well for these decisions. Tried to contact support, since there is no information provided about the funds in my account. I ended up with AI auto reply messages, even "Live" chat is an AI bot. I don't care now a debit card, or the Payoneer account. I want to learn how can I get my funds withdrawn to bank account I used in the past -still same one-. I don't even need to provide a new one. I was kind of feeling fool of losing interest or opportunity cost on my funds sitting at Payoneer, but I was thinking at least they are safe and available when I need them, and I have this now. A pricey lesson. Update: After this review is published (let's say, it's a coincidence) I got an email stating I can add a bank to withdraw funds in my account, which I did and received them. Since on this account which I kept my funds for years, and paid account fee, debit card fee, even recently new card fee, which was never shipped but instead asked for documents, but encountered with such a service, I'm keeping this review so everyone is informed and know what can happen. There was zero chance that I had any problem with my transactions/source of funds etc. so beware.Update: Based on Payoneer's answer my account was not closed for no reason, but because of compliance blah blah. If there was a case my account would be blocked on all US finance institutions, which is far from the truth. I'm 100% sure it had nothing to do with a compliance request, illicit activity or whatever. It happened after I sent my ID, which same one I sent 2 years ago. Either their AI bot had a false positive, or they just wanted it that way. That is something not acceptable from a fintech company.

I was not informed about any specific issue, nor was I told how or where I could appeal the decision.What’s especially frustrating is that Payoneer’s behavior blocks access to platforms like Etsy for people living in countries like Thailand, where no alternative payout methods are available.Conclusion: If you depend on Payoneer, be aware that account approval is not guaranteed, and in case of rejection, you should not expect any transparency or fair treatment.
they have a bug that doesnt let me log in cuz their OTP just doesnt arrive to my email. i tried back and forth 20 messages, and they just dont address my problem, answering random bot messages. its pretty much a locked account without having any official bans.like, "hey, ur account is fully active and useable, but ***k you! we won't let you in!"edit respponse to payoneer: if you would care to read even a single message from me, you would understand that YOUR site requires me to give you the code I receive in email. AND I DONT GET ANY. you require both sms and email. i already put the SMS OTP but you require email as a second step. i was telling it to you 20 times and now here you just prove further that you don't care.
Payoneer's support has been extremely disappointing. I never requested account closure, yet my account was closed without explanation. I submitted my Saudi Iqama (as I reside in KSA), but their system rejected my Yemeni ID and now they keep ignoring me.I need this account for my work. Payoneer charged me over $309 USD for a virtual card I never activated, never used, and never consented to pay for.They deducted $9.99 every month from July 2023 to July 2025 — even while my account was completely inactive. They also charged me two annual maintenance fees ($29.95 each), despite no usage.When I contacted customer service, they admitted I hadn’t activated the card but still refused to refund the full amount. Instead, they offered a partial refund of just $50 or $100, which I declined.The card is now blocked, and I have proof that:- No transactions were made.- The card was inactive the entire time.- Charges were applied retroactively without any warning.I’ve filed a formal legal complaint and shared all evidence with the BBB and will proceed with regulatory action in my country and the U.S.This platform is NOT safe for freelancers or international professionals. Their billing practices are abusive and dishonest. Stay away.
