Their AI system doesn’t even allow submitting a ticket specifically for issues related to the Verification Center, so I’ve been forced to file it under unrelated topics.Right now, the Verification Center is asking me to upload documents for a bank account that I deleted a long time ago. I’ve already added a new personal bank account, so why am I being asked to verify a non-existent one?Because of this, I can’t withdraw my Fiverr funds, and it’s honestly very disappointing.
