The company oppresses the freelancers of Bangladesh knowing the fact PayPal isn't available there. They charge 29$ if you don't make 2000 dollar in a year. While they should have change them who does make 2000$. What kind of cruel system is this. Why there's no step against their such nonsense and brutal policies.
I’m extremely disappointed with Payoneer’s customer service. My account (Customer ID: 62686496) has had multiple balances disabled for over a year — including USD, EUR, GBP, and SGD — and the issue remains unresolved to this day.I have contacted Payoneer more than 10 times via phone, submitted all requested documents, which were approved, and was told the issue would be solved. I waited over four months since the last confirmation, and yet, nothing has been done.To make things worse, the responses I receive are now automated and repetitive, with no real human follow-up. I even asked for the disabled balances to be deleted so I could request new ones, but I was completely ignored.As a long-time Payoneer user, this treatment is unacceptable. I’ve done everything within my power to resolve this through the official channels, but clearly, that has not been enough. I need urgent support from someone who will actually take action and not just send another copy-pasted reply.Please escalate this issue immediately.
