I paid one person today and after I tried to open my account using the same user and password during I paid Incredible they send message ( said ) never arrived , I choose by email and the number by email is wrong . 45 minutes lost and after said . blocked. I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

The registration process was simple, and I appreciated the user-friendly interface of both the website and the mobile app. However, I’m still not fully satisfied because it has been a long time almost 3 months I applied, but my account has not been fully approved yet. I've been waiting patiently, but the delay in approval is affecting my ability to start using the platform for my freelancing work. I hope this issue is resolved soon.
