Clunky, dysfunctional & expensive fees.

Clunky, second-rate and unresponsive. Could not log in. No code sent to mobile phone (4 attempts). Alternative email code not working. No live chat without signing in - useless if you cannot sign in.Customer service offers to get back within 2 working days - useless if you have a payment deadline and are attempting to pay on a Friday. Also expensive fees.Amendment: June 27.After my experience of June 20 I received an email on June 23 with details of an email code to get access to my payment account. Not germane. There should be a live chat function to expedite solutions. In the world of online, instant payments a 3-day wait in order to receive a 'solution' to not getting an sms code to get access to one's account is less than inspiring.
