Customer support is a disaster – account blocked for over a weekI’ve been completely locked out of my Payoneer account for more than 7 days.I’m supposed to receive a temporary password by email — I never get anything.Yet I receive their automated responses, so clearly my email is working.Their customer support is a joke.I only get template replies, no actual human help.Worse: the agent named “Diane” closed my ticket as if the issue was solved — when in fact, nothing has been fixed and I still can’t log in.I’ve been using Payoneer for years, but now I’m seriously questioning whether I should continue.👉 No competent human available by phone👉 No serious follow-up👉 Still no access to my professional fundsI strongly advise against using Payoneer.
