Since then, I have submitted multiple requests for support and contacted their compliance department — yet I have received no response or resolution.This is unacceptable. I was forced to file a formal complaint with the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) due to this abusive and unjustified behavior, and I’m currently escalating the issue through additional international consumer protection channels.? ️ WARNING for freelancers and businesses: If you rely on Payoneer to receive or manage funds, be aware that they can freeze your money without notice or explanation, and their customer service offers no real support when things go wrong.What happened to me represents a serious violation of consumer rights and trust.
