Phantom - Only took 5 days for delivery. Extensive research led to this purchase. Comes with tools, spare parts and every do it yourself video you need on YouTube. Purpose in design, engineering and build from a multitude of riders. Set the industry benchmarks including quality and ride experience. Canadian company. Philosophy of the brain trust. Regen breaking, genius. Electric bikes are boring compared to this machine. Still can'???t wipe the grin off my face. Buy stock
I have been shopping for a scooter for awhile and what made Apollo stand out the most was the Quick responses from the customer service team and the selection of replacement parts. Apollo has been quick to respond to all my questions and help with any Advice. I would recommend Apollo scooters over competitors.

Salma and the crew were eager to help when I reported my new scooter delivery was met with foul play. The communication during the holiday was a welcomed surprise and I can only imagine that the products they produce are as put together as the staff over at Apollo. They should teach a masterclass on customer service. They have a lifelong customer in me.
The Phantom V2 is a fantastic scooter to ride - super fun, powerful and very capable. I switched to a different model to have more at hand, and clearly I couldn't go back. The riding experience is top-notch.On the other hand, the after-sales service is far from the promised '???A-team'?? level. After just one month, my scooter wouldn't start. Support was slow to respond and unhelpful, simply redirecting me to a repair center. Unfortunate for a product in this range.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase experience. After placing my order, the only email I received was the purchase confirmation'???there were no updates on the delivery whatsoever.A week later, with no messages or notifications, I checked the tracking on your website and found that DHL had attempted delivery and claimed I was not home. The package was then held at the post office, yet I received no communication about this. As a result, the item arrived late'???after my son's birthday'???causing unnecessary frustration and disappointment.To make matters worse, when we finally picked up the package, my son excitedly opened it, only to find that the wrong color an WRONG MODEL had been sent. After the delayed delivery and complete lack of updates, this was incredibly frustrating. Not to mentioned the dilemma to keep the wrong Trotinette because my son eager to keep it so he can play immediately.This experience has been unacceptable'???poor communication, late delivery, and receiving the wrong item. I expect a prompt resolution.
DO NOT BUY APOLLO!!I bought my Apollo Go scooter from Best Buy and after 141 miles had an error message that the motor/control needed fixing. I contacted Apollo to have my scooter sent in under the 1 year warranty program. Because I bought it from Best Buy I could not get a shipping label online as I did not have an order number. I asked them to get me a shipping label and they had me email them all my info.After that they proceeded to make me try and fix the scooter myself and sent me parts to do this. Instead of provide the shipping label like I asked many times they kept trying to make me fix it. After 2 months of this, there was no luck fixing it. I asked for a shipping label again and they continued to just want to send me different parts to try. I went back and forth a few emails and was finally able to get a shipping label from them to have them do the fix.I sent my scooter in and waited. Once it said it was delivered I contacted Apollo and they said they received it. I then waited 1 month with no word. When I didn'???t hear anything I emailed them again asking for an update and they told me, '???Someone that doesn'???t work here signed for your scooter and we do not have it'?? THEY LOST IT!!! How does that happen!!?They are now trying to give me someone else'???s returned used scooter to compensate for their continued mistakes. My scooter only had 141 miles on it, I don'???t want someone else'???s used scooter to replace mine. I have asked for a new scooter since the issue is on them 100% and they continue to tell me no and this is the only way. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! I have my email receipts with all their mistakes, let'???s see what the attorney generals office thinks.
I was having issues with my Apollo Phantom battery not holding a charge and suddenly dropping all power after a few minutes of riding.The support team diagnosed the issue and initially sent a replacement battery, which had the correct part number but was the wrong type. After contacting them again they paid for the battery return and shipped the correct battery.I have now installed the new battery - have 100% charge and can ride for a full charge cycle without issue.Many thanks to Enzo and Eloi for working through the issue with me and finding a solution.
