I honnestly dont regret going with the brand apollo. The product feels premium and rides great. One of the features that made me choose apollo is the regen brake and i wasnt disapointed, its really smooth plus there is less maintenance on the actual breakes. Would totally recommend to anyone. The only reason i gave 4 stars is mine came in damaged and i had to replace some parts but the support was great. I had no problems getting the parts shipped to me for free
I am torn on how to approach this review. The Go scooter is a great machine. Well built. Elegant, simple design. Smooth and powerful. Apollo's support is fantastic. They respond quickly and you really feel like they are giving their all to elevate your experience. This is a perfect combination for a premium brand. However, do to a software(?) issue I was unable to operate my GO at the top speed for the first two weeks. Apollo did provide me with a work around but the initial issue is still unresolved. This should not happen when you purchase a premium product from a premium brand. So I'm torn. I love the Go. It was actually my second Go that had issues. The Go is so good I bought a second. After discovering that a software issue could degrade the quality and abilities of my scooter I doubt I will be purchasing from Apollo again. I certainly won't allow my Scooters to connect to the app again.
I had an issue with my Phantom scooter. Apollo worked with me to resolve the issue. Ultimately, Apollo sent me a replacement scooter. This is what customer service is all about. It's rare that a company stands behind their product. Awesome job Apollo!!!
I recently got my Apollo Air stolen.probably for looking too good when I ride it. Can't seem to find anything better than the Apollo brand, that's why I bought an Apollo Go. Definitely an upgrade to my old one. I had 2 great years with my apollo air and was still in great condition. Just shows how reliable and durable they can get. Look forward to upgrading again in the future
I owe a small ebike business myself and I'm very familiar what to expect from a 48v 1000w dual motor scooter. The Apollo city pro has some how surpassed, and exceaded the capabilities of the performance expected.im 150lbs and hitting 34mph and feeling safe comfortable and having a blast has become a every day hobby. I love the surprising acceleration and the unbelievable stopping power. The tires have a very sticky and expensive feel to them. The suspension is second to none with a heavenly ride
I own a Phantom V4X. This is the first scooter I bought. My first purchase. I bought it out of curiosity and need to navigate the busy summer traffic in Vancouver.It's the best.I feel free, reliable, and sturdy, and I get compliments whenever I park in the train station or get off the train. Even my wife, who has never tried a scooter in her life, absolutely loves it. I plan to give the V4X to my wife, and I'm upgrading my scooter to a Stellar Phantom 2.0. I'm still waiting for her signal and a sale or discount/coupon from Apollo if they ever read this. *wink* *wink*
