I recently had an incredible experience

I recently had an incredible experience with Apollo's customer support. After contacting them about an issue with my broken stem lock, they quickly sent me a replacement of the entire handlebar assembly, along with a set of screws, free of charge! (These parts would have cost over 500 CAD). The whole process was smooth, and they kept me updated throughout.It'???s rare to find a company that truly stands behind its products, but Apollo went above and beyond my expectations in both quality and service.If you're in the market for a reliable scooter backed by a team that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further than Apollo. I'???m absolutely impressed and highly recommend them!

When I first got the Apollo go I was

When I first got the Apollo go I was really impressed. The speed is top notch and when your riding it's smooth and not bumpy. Turn signals are a plus. Apollo puts great time and effort into this I can tell and it's awesome. I love my scooter. Thanks apollo.

Great Support! Apollo helped me with an issue with my Apollo Air that was out of warranty. The claim was paid and allowed me to upgrade to the Apollo Go that was on special at the time. Amazing support - replaced a defect instantly

I had a problem with a crack in the frame in the original Apollo City 2022 model. I bought it after market. Despite it being 2 years old and not originally bought from Apollo, I checked with Apollo support and they immediately sent me a brand new City 2024. Amazing support model - owning up to original design issues and doing what they can to resolve.

The Apollo Pro

The Apollo Pro with the Mach 2 controller is a beast of a machine yet handles way way too smooth. Sad to have to store it over the winter soon.

Great Service After the Sale

Had a warrantee claim for a turn signal on a 2024 Apollo Go. They sent me a replacement which was easy to install using only the tools in the kit that came with the scooter. Unfortunately I discovered the issue was not the turn signal as there was a frayed wire in the throttle assembly. Took a picture of the wire from the housing and sent it to Apollo. The same day I was contacted and informed a complete throttle assembly was being sent to me and received the tracking number of the shipment moments later. I could not have been happier with the outcome.

Apollo isn'???t Segway, for better and worse

Recently purchased a 2023 Apollo City (dual motor, what used to be a City Pro). The stem makes popping noises over larger bumps and under heavy braking. The rear upper shock mount has excess play that causes clunking noise over bumps. When the ambient temperature is below 50F, I frequently get a E3 error code when attempting to power on for the first time of the day. According to Apollo customer service and online feedback from other users, all of this is '???normal'??. I still like the scooter and ride it more than either of my Segway g30 models because it'???s more fun to ride and much more stable at speed. It'???s effortless to ride at 20mph. But the quality is nowhere near what I'???m used to with my Segway scooters, which make no odd noises and work reliably whenever used. If Segway builds a dual suspension scooter that weighs and performs similar to the Apollo City, I would buy that instead. The heavy weight of the Segway GT1 and GT2 models is what turned me off. And the G30 max 2 is likely more refined, but slow compared to the Apollo City. I thought Apollo was a premium manufacturer at least equal to Segway, now I know that'???s not true.
