WOW , Well it only took an hour for Apollos customer service to get back to me they answered all my questions , I was not sure if i received the Phantom v4 or the newest Phantom V4X.with the self healing tires, was happy to hear i received the PHANTOM V4X. THEY ARE EVEN SENDING ME THE BIG TOOL KIT AND SPAIR PARTS. VERY PLEASED WITH OUTCOME .
I can'???t say enough about how great the support is that comes from the team at Apollo. Those folks are a pleasure to work with. I'???ve mainly had contact with Josh and Enzo and gotten superb service. They are very knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries. I'???ve dealt with them from questions ranging from using my amps to purchase accessories from them to diagnosing strange sounds from my 2024 City. Couldn'???t be happier. Thanks guys.
Near Miami so I didn't need a super powerful scooter for off-roading, wanted more of a lightweight unit that's easy to carry around. Glad I found this. I own a Rev and I can say Go has a much slower, but evidently smoother acceleration. Powerful lights too! Almost like a cybertruck lol I was blinded when I first tested it out. Nice, high-end features with an entry-level price point. So far, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Do NOT buy the Apollo Go scooter at all! This is advertised as a typical to long commute scooter that has self healing tires. This is a lie! I'???ve had my scooter for just over two months, have had two flats without real reason and they only offered a free tire replacement. This scooter came with a manufacturer default and they have done nothing to rectify the issue except tell me that it has to come at my expense. Spend your money elsewhere on a better quality product.
I landed on Apollo as a company because it fit two qualities I really wanted from a scooter, a quality build, and high water resistance. The Apollo pro has both and dose it beautifully. There are cheaper alternatives but nothing collectively more put together than this thing. I have ridden a few and the pro is a feeling of freedom and takes range anxiety out of the picture. I just ride when I feel like it and it'???s got enough to go. Trust me 45 is fast enough on a scooter
Scooter is very good, but the lock/security is deficient. I bought the Appollo lock and used it but the stem/handle bar can be unscrewed and and the lock slipped this way. My scooter was stolen in this way. I had to buy a second scooter and 2 locks and wrap one through the tire to stop it from rolling. I wish this was made clear upon buying this product
The Scooter itself is wonderful (5/5), but Apollo's customer service and expectation-setting skills have... room for improvement. They're not the worst that I have encountered, but they aren't an example to follow, either. In the course of ordering my scooter, I had to wait an entire month after the original estimated arrival date, I got hung up on by a customer service representative, and then there was the bit beyond Apollo's control, where instead of bringing it to my door, Fedex just hid the scooter behind someone's car in my apartment complex. It took me over 2 hours of looking at a 3 megapixel image trapsing around my apartment complex like some kind of porch pirate easter egg hunt to find the damn thing. It wound up being at the opposite corner of my apartment complex, so I had to lug a 75 lb box around a whole block. In all, I wouldn't wish this customer support, waiting, and shipping experience on someone, even if I hated them. I understand now why so many manufacturers outsource distribution and customer support.
The website had the information I needed about the features and specifications. I hate hunting down specs I needed something to support the weight of a 6'6 290 pound man and this scooter was capable of it. The only downside is i bought a bundle. The scooter shipped and the bag but nothing else. It wasn't clear that there was any pending shipment. It has been a couple weeks and I still don't have the lock which I really want for commuting. So I have a fun recreational scooter but I can't run errands or go to work yet with it. By the time I get the lock it will probably snow and it'll be done for the season.
I purchased Apollo City Pro it is pretty good but there is a few things that could have proved like their accessories the accessory bag I bought set up with fit but it hangs in front of the light it's actually useless to me the battery is pretty decent but could be better other than that it's awesome ride and very happy with my purchase
I bought the Apollo Pro on sale during their Black Friday promotion. The box may have arrived banged up. But what lies within is truly a diamond in the rough! This thing is a beauty as the design is sleek and cool and the lighting is robust. But that'???s not even the best part: this thing rides like a DREAM. My first ride, I was initially intending on riding the bike paths, but the Apollo Pro gave me immediate confidence to ride on the ride with traffic! The Pro may be expensive, but it is TOTALLY worth the money as this serves as a car replacement. No license. No insurance. No problem. Thank you, Apollo!
