Yikes watch out.

Yikes! I am changing my review of this company. I had 5 stars and a very nice review typed out but my City 2024 has had CONSTANT issues. Now that Apollo wants to replace the scooter entirely they looked at my account this guy, Abe, is denying their own claim to replace the scooter because I have used '???too many discount codes'?? when placing orders. I thought it was a mistake but upon further communication Abe used the words '???steal'?? and '???fraudster'?? '???-like what? For this being my first scooter and becoming extremely involved with the local community I will never be able to recommend or say anything nice about this brand. Two of my friends who were going to get an Apollo Phantom 2.0 have now changed their minds and are going with a new brand entirely. Don'???t get an Apollo'???-or if you do, be prepared for the City to have stem issues and for some dude to try and pick you apart and defame you.

This review is about Jin, they were amazing at helping me fix my little mishap I had with my scooter. Even though it was a small issue and there were probably bigger issues to tend to Jin helped me super quick from when I sent the email to the support team Jin had me on my way within 10 minutes amazing help and customer service!

More fun than I imagined

More fun than I imagined! Incredible machine and so was customer support when I ordered the wrong charger. The phantom V4 is a blast!

Never a regret in buying my Apollo

Never a regret in buying my Apollo Scooter. The customer service team is all around friendly and they work quick to resolve any issues and even will check in on you from time to time to make sure things are good. The only thing they need to work on IMO is the inventory Control. The website should be more accurate and be able to somewhat accurately say if the part needed is in stock before you pay for it. I realize inventory control isn'???t easy, I know, I'???ve been involved with inventory control management for over a decade. Other than that the product keeps on impressing me I can'???t wait for winter to be over so I can get back out there.

Great scooter but

Great scooter but too heavy and too long to store in my work car so I had to return it. Wish for a light scooter with dual suspension.

Best scooter company in my opionion

I had experienced different scooter companies, Segway, and Varla, but none of them even compare to the services I had with Apollo. Their staffs are always friendly and patient towards customers and are actually really helpful. Even outside of scooters companies, Apollo offers a better build quality and better service then Lenovo even. I bought a Phantom a few months ago, and that is really the best decision I made yet, I honesty have no regrets choosing Apollo over any other companies.

From purchase to support I'???ve always had great experience. Support is always prompt, and instructions are clear. I'???ll continue to buy future scooters from them. I have the Apollo pro and love it! Highly recommend.

In-App Ticket: Fast response/solution!

I reached out to support via the In-App ticket system. Got a response with a solution same day. I followed the steps and got my scooter up and running ready for its first seasonal ride!Thanks to Katy and Sonny for the help!
