Recently purchased an Apollo City 2024... and it's wonderful. Makes commuting to work convenient, speedy, and safe. I do wish there was a bit more power for hitting 35 mph city streets, or maybe a slightly wider tire for increased stability; BUT it really is a solid platform and has exceeded my expectations thus far. Hopefully, she and I will have a nice long life.
When I received the Phantom 2.0 52V scooter, the first thing that pleasantly surprised me was the quality of the scooter packaging. The scooter was carefully packed and I received it without a single scratch. The second thing that pleased me was the quality of the scooter itself. Safety: the scooter behaves stably at a speed of 40 miles per hour, is easy to control and has a smooth acceleration. The appearance of the scooter: especially at night, it looks beautiful because of the illumination around the perimeter, which is an additional safety at night. It is impossible not to notice such a scooter at night. The declared technical characteristics are fully consistent, the declared maximum speed is 40 miles, I got 40 miles, although my weight is about 210 pounds. This scooter also has regenerative breaks which helps to save the life of the brakes pads. Well, thirdly, this is the feedback from the support service. When buying a scooter, I forgot to apply a discount coupon. I was pleasantly surprised when the next day the account was replenished with the amount of the coupon that was not applied. I definitely recommend buying this scooter. Thank you guys for the high quality product and high quality service.
Whenever you are buying something. If you don'???t have an idea what it is, the main thing in this is communication. And I must say Apollo is on top of that They communicate with you explain you everything through email. I and my wife always enjoying the e scooter in summers
I'm just really impressed with Apollo Scooters! '???built well. But what impressed me most was the customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed information, they returned answered very fast and were super friendly and helpful. Clearly, it's shows they really care about their customers. I currently own the Phantom V4, which I absolutely love. I've logged over 2,600 kilometers on the unit without a single issue. Recently, I was seriously considering upgrading to the Phantom 2.0 and visited Pro Mech BC, who kindly let me take it for a test ride. Visually, it'???s a standout '??? easily one of the best-looking scooters on the market.However, during the ride, I encountered a significant drawback. The steering felt disconnected from the road '??? overly light and numb, as if the tires weren'???t fully in touch with the surface. Personally, I prefer a firmer steering feel, one that provides real feedback. I don'???t typically turn the handlebars; instead, I rely on subtle weight shifts to steer, so that sense of connection is important to me.When I raised this with Apollo, they acknowledged the issue and mentioned that a steering dampener has been developed to improve stiffness. While that may help, it doesn'???t fully address the core issue of road feedback. As it stands, I feel the current steering design undermines an otherwise excellent scooter, and I'???ll be holding off on purchasing until this is resolved.
This company sold me a blasted tire out the door at best buy then told me tires arent covered under warranty, and best buy was like oh its been over 14 days both companies gave me the finger. After about 20 hours on the phone they finally sent me a box to send them the scooter to "see if its covered" im suing. This company is literally a trash scam Do Not Buy
