Faulty Scooter From Purchase Date. Has been challenging to resolve the issue with the company insisting I continue to pull it apart and try and diagnose. Original store lied about item and warranty. Very Frustrating experience and starting to wish I went with a better known brand. Have been told to pull it apart myself and take more pictures for the company to try and assist me. Last service tech telling me our Countries consumer laws don't apply to this company.
Overall, I really appreciate the design of the scooter. It is well made with very few flaws regarding to its construction. However, two things keep bothering me. The first one being that you cannot ride in water with the scooter, it's going to fry all the electronics and the battery that are below the main body. Apollo had to replace my entire scooter because of water which sucks for me and them. The other issue I have is speed as it's not easy to obtain the maximum potential. Every other electric scooter keep passing me by, even the little one from Amazon.
Can't wait for the stem for my apollo city 2022 model that I ordered, i'm so excited to ride my scooter again after 2months of sleeping, The Team Apollo was very helpful and responsive to all my questions, thankyou and more power Team Apollo! Godbless!
It is rare that when riding my Apollo scooter, I do not receive an unsolicited comment. From the young and those whose lives are measured in decades, the comment is most typically a question. '???How fast does that go?'??Today while on my way to tuck my Apollo away in the garage I road past a beautiful 911 Porsche. As I neared the Porsche from the rear, the drivers window lowered and as I rode past a voice called out, '???wow, now that is cool!'??As with his 911, beauty and function has coalesced. This new Phantom IS my Porsche!
Have always admired the Apollo scooters - well designed, great performance and functionality, and have different models for different needs and budget. The customer service team offers prompt and to-the-point services. I am most definitely be getting a scooter from them in the near future.
Had the issue of my City Pro 2024. Contacted Customer support and they helped me to identify the issue and got it fix. I'm happy that I found this company as they treat their customer as highest priority. Their scooter lineup is rock solid and I highly recommend if anyone is looking for the escooter.
