Been waiting months and months for upgrades for my scooter which they promised me near the beginning of the year. Owned the Apollo Pro for nearly a year and literally haven'???t ridden it 10 meters because they released a bunch of upgrade parts for safety which doesn'???t give me a whole lot of confidence to ride it before the stuff arrives. Which it probably never will because they do not respond to your emails unless you come on here writing a bad review
I recently had an issue with my Apollo Phantom V4x scooter not charging and raised a support ticket. Sarah from the support team responded promptly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction by providing a complementary replacement since my scooter was still under warranty (only had to cover shipping). This was my second positive experience with Apollo'???s support '??? previously, they helped me quickly with a tire issue. I appreciate their excellent after-sales service, responsiveness, and the ease of communication via chat, website, and email. Overall, very impressed with their customer support.
Apollo won't let me post on their Facebook or website since its negative. I bought three Ghost scooters. Two in october 23 and another November 23. October of 24 one of the two bought in October 23 had the battery explode and burned down our home. Apollo said I modified them and refused to do anything. Never once touched them other than to ride them. Had an active warranty claim on the one I bought in November 23 because it quit working. During that time is when one of the others exploded! Never again will I buy from Apollo!! They can't stand behind their product and make it right! Displaced our family and has caused serious mental issues and fears for our two young boys who had to go through that experience. Shame on Apollo!!
Just upgraded from the 2024 Apollo City Pro that I just broke 1000 miles with this week. My Phantom 2.0 arrived a day early.. I watched the Apollo set up video on YouTube. Definitely worth watching The folding the wires tip was key I was able to get the stem on in less than 4 minutes. Walked it over to where I charge. Both scooters looked great side by side. The new Phantom is flawless though. I'???m 100 percent satisfied with my purchase from Apollo. As well I'???d like to point out one last thing. Any situations I got myself into for the thousand miles I put on the City in four and a half months Apollo was right there for me. Never once did they leave me hanging Responded to chat responded to email and I even had one video call with Josh. He was great and knowledgeable and helped me get the job done.Highly recommended!!
Apollo City Pro. Love the scooter. Had an issue with the display screen powering on. Contacted Apollo customer service through email. The support was outstanding. Gio and the team went up and beyond. Sent out replacement parts and video for repair process. Scooter is ripping. Thanks Rocky
