I bought an Apollo GO that was amazing. Tech support via email provided speedy, spot-on support. The issues were user-error, not tech issues with the scooter. It was stolen, shortly after loving it for my NYC commute to work and other neighborhood trips. Had to replace it; actually decided to upgrade to the CITY. When I was placing the order I chatted with a sales rep and requested a loyalty (sympathy) discount on top of the Black Friday deal I was already receiving. The rep was able to give me an additional $50 off, but it wasn't applied when I checked out my order. An email sent to follow that up resulted in a $50 credit to my credit card within a few hours. As with all my previous inquiries for tech or sales report, response time was impressive. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, Y'ALL
I couldn't be happier with my Apollo Air! This scooter strikes the perfect balance between performance, portability, and comfort.I want to give a huge shoutout to the Apollo support team '??? they'???ve been absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I had a question about my Apollo Air, their response was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful.
This is my third Apollo scooter here in the UK, and I have to say the build quality is outstanding. While I haven'???t had direct contact with Apollo in the UK, I do wish we had a bigger presence here, along with more competitive prices and deals like those available in the USA and Canada. Unfortunately, we pay a premium for Apollo products in the UK.I purchased my Apollo Pro from Ride & Glide, and they have been fantastic. They'???re a great company that sells on behalf of Apollo, and I highly recommend them for their service. Overall, Apollo makes excellent scooters, and I'???d love to see more direct support and better pricing for UK customers.
Bought first Air. Went into service shop in Australia for a noise in rear wheel. They damaged the stem. They replaced the stem and butchered it. They replaced the scooter. On second Air now. Opened box and rode and has rear wheel out of balance and out of round and is a horrible ride. Contacted support and was told that I have to take it back to the butcher shop for repair. Now I just want out of the Apollo product and want Apollo themselves to help out, and guess what, they won'???t help. They just say I have to take it back to the original store. The original store is horrible and I need Apollo to just refund me. Beware of getting into this position as you would think that Brand reputation is of highest concern, but it'???s not. Just every sale is more important. Serial number is 3151230800710 and I'???m keen for Apollo to rectify this and I'???ll change this review
I was a fan of Apollo and really wanted to believe in their scooters. If you'???re only using it for short, $1,700 casual rides, sure, it'???ll feel great. But don'???t make the mistake of relying on it as your main form of transportation.Despite careful use and maintenance, the battery died completely after just 1,000 miles, when it should last closer to 10,000 miles for a high-end scooter like this. And now the only option is to buy a new battery that costs $400, almost half the price of a new scooter.I even reached out to Apollo and offered to pay half for the battery, just to be fair and they refused. That'???s what disappointed me the most. They just won'???t stand behind their product.This company needs to do better. They need to take responsibility for key components that fail far too soon. A battery is not optional, it'???s essential. This is like buying a car and having the transmission fail at 5,000 miles. Even if the warranty is over, any serious manufacturer would recognize that as a defect and offer a real solution.Apollo looks good on the surface, but once the warranty ends, so does their support.It'???s not just a bad battery, it'???s a total betrayal of customer trust.
Being totally new to the powered scooter world, my Apollo Air is my first. Without much experience in this world, I can say that this scooter is a solid built machine. Ive put it through the ringer both intentionally & unintentionally. Holding up like a champ. The only thing I have to say with a touch of negativity is that it's tough to lock up. Besides that, absolutely love it! Very pleased going with Apollo. Already considering an upgrade.
I thought maybe be just AI generated the aumounts of bad reviews, but I had a huge problem, for a long while, but in the end I had resolution, but wasn'???t easy, we have to be resilient, patient. I hope not have problems with my exchange. And I definitely hate the visor, looks like really old. But works.. I bought one here and another Segway, and I loved the second one, visual, pricing, and costumer service.
