Walter says hi.I'm a contracted designer, contracted agent, contract design engineer, contracted warehouse storage for the OEM factory that made the original Apollo phantoms and I have direct communication with the bosses at the factory and the technicians at the factory and the boss said with his own mouth that Apollo scooters robbed the factory for $460,000 USD. last year they did not make payment on delivered products. they have been reported to the Canadian government and what they have done as a travesty to treat their own friends like that and then try and cover it up. all of my facts are 100% from the source.. I'm going to show the boss your reply and I'll tell you what he has to say about it. on a side note, thanks for giving up exclusivity rights on the M10 aka Apollo phantom after all of the development and the two giant recalls and all of the marketing you did over the years... no company would have put that much into anything and then just let it go.. but thanks because now I get it with upgrades

Even though I ended up returning my Phantom, the experience with Apollo was great. Shipment was extremely fast, i received the scooter on the 2nd business day, and the return was truly hassle-free - i got the refund on the 2nd business day after shipping it back.
Great scooter, delivery time was quick! The fast charger is great and essential! Pricey but quality, the only negative thing about Apollo was not being able to return a defective additional powerful bright light for the scooter. It was either store credit or I get a refund of like 1/10 of the price I paid which is ridiculous.
Apollo Air is a Beast! The Apollo Air is smooth, powerful, and super easy to get set up and start riding! I rode it for 18 miles the other day and still had 30% battery left! It also fights up hills at 15MPH with a top speed of 23MPH, which is perfect for me for the trips I take with it. The design is extremely sleek and super functional. Love how it stores so easily in my garage and does not take up a lot of space. The app is fantastic too, which shows your MPH, you can plan your trips, manage battery life, and much more (Like locking the scooter in place). If you are looking for a reliable, beautifully designed scooter, the Apollo AIr is absolutely for you! Try it out!
