Recently bought the Phantom V4X.Scooter had on-time shipping and timely notifications.Provided signature requirement for their Apollo Ship program.Scooter arrived with no defects.Performs great on roads, better than expected.Scooter came with Standard charger, QC check card, extra parts, tools, and easy to follow instructions/maintenance guide.Highly recommend the scooter for those who want extra power without the hassle of shipping, lack of parts, and issues about build quality.
At first, I was concerned about an open box product. Listed as almost brand new and when it arrived two days after I ordered it that'???s exactly what I got. The scooter was indeed an open box item but all the contents were brand new. Solid performing dual motor commuting scooter. I wanted to upgrade the kickstand to the latest model and when I contacted Apollo'???s customer service, they were kind enough to send me a free replacement. I only had to pay the minimal shipping fee. Looking forward to lots of commuting rides on the scooter. Definitely would do business with this company again.

Had to rent a scooter for a few days when my car was in shop. Total bill was around $150 just for renting! Decided to pick up one of these at local Best Buy and have been super happy with it. Light enough to carry and put in trunk and powerful enough to get me up any hill. Just amazing tech and the build quality is extremely good too.
Phantom 2 This is my second scooter. First was original phantom v2. I can see the attention to detail on this scooter. Rides great. Good speed. Awesome lights. The display sucks! Hard to see in the sun. Way too bright at night. Wish it was a nice display like some others. Regen brake is also awesome. The torque is less than I was hoping for, at this price point. Almost seems like the original phantom had more. All in all I like it. Not perfect. But darn good.
