The scooters were delivered to me a week faster than the shipping estimated it would. Both scooters I ordered came pre assembled save for a couple screws that attached the handlebars to the base. The instruction manual was incredibly clear. The Apollo Pro is insane. It feels both stable and powerful at every speed option it provides. The ability to fine tune the intensity for breaking and acceleration was a pleasant surprise. I appreciate that the lights on the deck and stem are customizable. Ive since set my stem to be orange and my deck to be teal. The ride itself is incredibly smooth while both the acceleration and breaks respond on a dime. The handle on the top of the back tire is definitely the only way to move the scooter around tight corners. Maneuvering the Pro on the street is completely smooth but maneuvering around tight spaces in our apartment complex can prove challenging. Sitting at 93 pounds, it is also a bit difficult transferring the Pro around when its not in motion. Other than being huge, there are no downsides that are immediately apparent to me about using the Pro as my main commuter vehicle. Growing up and mainly using my bike as a means of transportation got me well versed in how to respectfully and safely traverse the streets alongside cars. The Apollo Pros turn signals and lights take away any of my anxiety of not being seen at night, effectively ridding my anxiety of bike riding in one purchase. The apollo Air gives a similar experience as standard Lime and Bird scooters. This is not a bad comparison because riding Birds and Limes directly inspired me to make this purchase. The Air provides a smoother and more powerful ride than both birds and limes though! The range is perfect for getting around the city and getting to work and back multiple times on one charge (in eco mode). The front and backlight on the Air are very easy to spot at night, and the turn signals help bring an extra layer of safety when commuting thru the city. It surprisingly reaches above 20 miles per hour and goes up pretty steep inclines! It weighs very little in comparison with the pro and is very maneuverable in our apartment complex.I am 100% satisfied and have been praising Apollo'???s products to my friends and family thru word of mouth.
I'???ve been using my Apollo Pro for a while now and honestly, it has exceeded all my expectations. It'???s powerful, durable, and has performed amazingly in my day-to-day. You can tell it'???s a high-end scooter. Plus, the customer service has been excellent'???always attentive, quick, and very professional. A 10/10 experience! Totally recommended.
I could not be happier with how Sonny, Enzo and the rest of the Apollo crew treated me during the process. A few snags during the purchase portion led me to reach out over the holidays. They were quick to respond, very pleasant and courteous and resolved my issues effectively! I can't wait to get on the scooter this spring. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again... best customer service experience I've had in years!
Coming from a Hiboy S2 Pro, I wanted to get into something that rode more comfortably with better speed and range. I had a lot of questions about the Apollo Go, but the team at Apollo were able to address almost all my questions and concerns very efficiently, both through email and their text chat service. I was also lucky to grab the Apollo Go on a massive sale compared to its regular price. I anticipate this experience will extend into my use and ownership of my new Apollo Go.
So far I like this scooter. Compared to my old Segway E22, this thing hauls ass and rides smooth. There are a few things though I don'???t like. It has this weird thing where it guides the steering column into the straight position and kind of pops in. At slow speeds on turns you really notice it and it can give the scooter the wobbles. Also, even after only putting about 20 miles on it, the front suspension spring is starting to squeak. Finally, my hands and feet get sore after riding for a while. The board is a little skinny and short so my size 12 shoes hang over and the torque pulling against my hands while trying to work the controls with my thumbs leaves them sore too. Other than that I haven'???t really had any problems and it'???s super fun to ride.
Out of the box, my Apollo City Pro 2023 had some troubles. But problems happen in manufacturing long story short Apollo Scooters paid to ship it to Kansas and within 24 hours of Kansas diagnosing it as a problem I was shipped a new scooter and received it in about three days. APOLLO SCOOTERS PAID FOR EVERYTHING! A to Apollo Scooters! The company really shown through the through the clouds!!!!
