Review of Apollomvmt
I was having issues with my Apollo Phantom battery not holding a charge and suddenly dropping all power after a few minutes of riding.The support team diagnosed the issue and initially sent a replacement battery, which had the correct part number but was the wrong type. After contacting them again they paid for the battery return and shipped the correct battery.I have now installed the new battery - have 100% charge and can ride for a full charge cycle without issue.Many thanks to Enzo and Eloi for working through the issue with me and finding a solution.
