Giving 1 star is still too much.Received money from a job, and it is not showing up on my Transactions. The company tried multiple times. I ONLY GOT $0.20 in my bank account from a payment that was more than $30!!! Where did my money go? Those fees can't be that high! Still, the transactions are all blank! Who's running this business? Bots are their customer service because real people only answer the comments on their LinkedIn page! They disabled comments on Instagram because this business is beyond terrible. I just want my money because I WORK HARD!
I signed up for Payoneer in good faith, submitted my documents for identity verification, and waited. Suddenly, my account was blocked — without any reason, warning, or notification.I tried to reach out to customer support multiple times. Not only did I receive nothing but generic “compliance policy” replies, but to my shock — all my support tickets were deleted from my account. Vanished. As if I never even contacted them.No transparency. No explanation. No way to appeal. Just locked out and ignored.I have already filed formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I will continue pushing this issue until I get a clear answer or Payoneer admits what’s going on.This is not just bad service — this is anti-user behavior. Avoid this company if you value basic respect or accountability.Update: My last ticket number is - Ticket # 250621-004274.Update #2:Seriously? I was literally going through account verification - what kind of “suspicious activity” could I possibly commit during that?Is living in Azerbaijan now considered suspicious?Or maybe the fact that you don’t recognize my local bank?Or was the red flag just that I dared to try withdrawing legit freelancing income from Adobe Stock?This whole thing is absurd. You blocked me mid-verification without giving any actual reason and now you hide behind vague excuses like “undisclosed reasons.” That’s not compliance - that’s cowardice.If you don’t want to work with people from my region, just say it straight. Don’t gaslight us with copy-paste PR statements.
I’ve had a really bad experience with Payoneer recently. I transferred money from Fiverr to my bank account through Payoneer. After the transfer was initiated, they asked me to verify my identity, even though I had already verified it back in 2021 using my passport.Unfortunately, my passport expired in April 2025, and my Nepali citizenship is only in Devanagari script, not in English. I also didn’t have a renewed driver's license, and my digital license wasn’t accepted. The only government ID I had was my PAN (Permanent Account Number), which I submitted.Right after that, Payoneer suddenly disabled my account without any proper explanation. Now I can’t access my account, track my payment, or know what happened to the money I worked so hard to earn.I’ve tried contacting their customer support several times, but I haven’t received any response. This has caused me a lot of mental stress and frustration.I hope Payoneer sees this and resolves my issue quickly. I trusted their platform, but this experience has been really disappointing.
I’m extremely disappointed with Payoneer’s support. My account has been completely blocked due to a two-step verification issue after I moved to a new location with poor network coverage. Because of that, I wasn’t receiving verification codes on my phone or through the app. I tried logging in multiple times, which eventually led to the account being locked.I submitted a support ticket on June 2 (Reference: 250602-010714) and have received no response to date — not even an acknowledgment. I also reached out via email, Facebook, Twitter, and even posted in their official Payoneer Bangladesh group, but still no resolution.There is money in my account that I urgently need to withdraw, and I’m completely stuck without any help or communication from Payoneer. This lack of response and poor customer service from a financial service provider is completely unacceptable.I used to trust Payoneer — but this experience has seriously damaged that trust.
It is impossible to even register on the site, the site simply does not respond to clicks on it. 0 trust, if after so much time they are not even able to ensure adequate operation of the site, and what kind of financial transactions can we even talk about?
