If you want a response, praise them.

They will only respond to positive reviews praising them but will not send you your money.I talked to customer chat 5 times in the last 8 days. I told you what the problem is. You asked for a reference number with TrustPilot 4 days ago. I sent it right away.So you are just responding to some comments here. Not to reach a solution. That's why I am telling the readers. It is in your best interest to stay away from this company.

Haven't got reply from the customer care team for more than 10 days.Their message."Please be advised that I have already notified our relevant department regarding your request. For now, I kindly advise you to wait for an email update within a few business days.Rest assured that you will be notified as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this regard."

Security puzzle game

I am playing your security puzzles for 10 to 20 minutes every time before accessing the app in order to verify that I am a human. While I understand the importance of security measures, this process feels excessive and significantly impacts my experience with your product. Fortunately, I am able to bypass these puzzles when accessing the app from a PC, which is currently the only way for me to enter the app.

Very unsecure app and poor customer care

My transaction was sent to a random bank account that has nothing to do with me. I have been in touch with customer care numerous times but I have not been given an explanation how this is possible. I've been asked several times to contact my bank to recall the payment. I cannot do that since I do not have visibility of the bank details of the account the funds were sent to. 100% I added correct bank details. When I added the bank details to my Payoneer account, I added them manually and not copied them over from the bank app. I do know my account details and would have noticed if the bank details were incorrect. I never received a confirmation of bank details or I was unable to view added bank details in-app. The app is very basic and does not allow user to view details of their transactions. Unsecure bank detail collection, picks up random bank details. Very dodgy. Customer care is very slow in responding and I have to repeat my case every time i get in touch with Payoneer. No resolution have been given and Payoneer does not take any responsibility. This should have taken seriously and given a proper investigation on how a security risk like this possible. Still after four (4) months I have not received the funds back nor given an explanation how this is possible.

WORST EVER!!!

I tried to create an account with Payoneer because eBay requires it in order for me to sell an item. I completed the verification process. They approved my passport and selfie image. Then they asked me to submit a billing statement to verify my home address. After a few hours they informed me that they closed my account and I could not contact them regarding that matter. Okay, take this 1 star then. I’ve been on eBay as a buyer and PayPal for 10 years now. eBay should allow users to sell using PayPal which is way better than this company. By the way, if Payoneer is reading this, please remove my documents that I submitted for the verification process from your system immediately or else lawsuit.

My Payoneer account was closed without any notice

My Payoneer account was closed without any notice or warning and they are not telling me the reason. They told me to read their terms and conditions and guess/figure out what it could be. I called their support they said account cannot be restored and if i try to create another they will close that too. My last transaction was sending it to another person’s payoneer account as i wanted to purchase USDT in exchange of USD and that person was the top 1st ranked verified merchant so i see nothing wrong in that. Atleast i deserve an explanation or a chance to appeal for my case. Thankfully i did not have any money at that moment in the payoneer account but there was no mention regarding how I could have gotten my money which means even if i had thousands of dollars, payoneer would have kept them. Pathetic service. Untrustworthy application!

BIG SCAM -Stay Away

The biggest SCAM, they take your money, without explanation and after don't care and respond, trying to found stupid excuses. The customer support = 0, just time lose, unprofessional people(asking for a thing they answer totally other thing which isn't in connection). TERRIBLE!!!
