Impossible to withdraw and manage money

Every time I sign in in my account there is some documents they ask me, freezing my possibility to get out my money and finally close this insane account, I'm sick and tired!!! If I don't receive my money asap I will proceed with my lawyer and ask for business damages.Awful company, awful service.

Verification of documents was.

Verification of documents was stressful. Sometimes not all countries can provide those requested documents for example I was asked to provide a utility bill that has my name on it. I don't have a house of my own, I stay in a school hostel because I'm a student so my name can never be on a utility bill. It's my landlords name. So my money was held for more that 12 days or so. But it got sorted out eventually,transfer and conversion took only a few minutes. That was the only issue I have,I still like payooner. So a four star , the fifth star is for the stress I went through to verify these documents.

BAD, if not the worst.

Let’s not talk about their customer service. For real let’s not talk about it,Did a transfer to a recent contact mistakenly for $570 and that person does not have access to his account anymore and I need to revert the payment. They refused to even look or investigate or help with the case. I get robotic responses and I believe one of the CS said he raised an investigation request for me but obviously he was lying. To be honest, I’m done with payoneer. Beeen transferring and moving all my money worldwide with payoneer and I regret everyyyyyy dollar they made off of my payments. Payoneer literally made plenty of dollars over the course of a year from my account.
