I’ve had a positive experience with Payoneer so far.The platform is easy to use and allows me to receive international payments quickly and securely.I particularly appreciate the ability to withdraw funds locally or use them through the Payoneer card.The customer service is responsive and professional, which gives me confidence in continuing to use their services.For my online activities, Payoneer is a reliable and convenient solution.
Not bad, after 7 years, I have decided to close my payoneer account. There is now others options with fewer fees and annual returns. So I took another payment method as main one. Payoneer was a good option back in time when I started working from home for foreing companies, its debit card allowed me to travel abroad and stay abroad. Was a good experience, just not my best option anymore.
I want to update the saga of now recurring payments being processed by Payoneer. It is now day 3 and all I get is that it has been escalated. That is all they can tell me on the phone and in an email. No resolution nor time frame nor what the issue is--if I am the only one or if it is a system wide failure. Payoneer's customer service is inept and non-responsive. I have had to cancel all my recurring payments and pay manually to make sure my people get their money. I will one star them until they respond or get a solution done
I appreciate the quick response from the support team.However, my issue was not fully resolved.I was trying to disable automatic withdrawals to my local bank account, but I was told this cannot be changed due to the way Freepik sends payments.I understand the limitation, but it would be very helpful if Payoneer offered more flexibility for users in countries like Tunisia, where poor exchange rates and bank fees cause real financial loss.Still, I appreciate the professionalism and the time your team took to explain things to me.Thank you.
I am unable to login because not receiving verification code on my phone and I am stuck in the middle nowhere they gone a contact me the automated system just sending standard replies money is held by them its just criminal act to hold the money and not providing support even they are replying to positive feedbacks but not to negative feedbacks

The account didn’t pass the verification stage despite submitting fully valid documents multiple times. That means the account is non-functional, and yet I'm the one paying the price — my Etsy store is now under threat of suspension.The problem is not user error. The problem is your opaque, AI-driven document review system that keeps rejecting valid information without reason or feedback. When I finally reached a real human through live chat, they admitted my documents were valid and opened a ticket. But I received no confirmation, no way to track it, and no resolution.The generic reply to my previous review claiming you’re "sorry I closed my account" shows that your support system is not even reading customer concerns.Payoneer is supposed to support international small businesses — yet here I am, completely locked out of mine because you failed to verify a legitimate, compliant account. I’m losing time, money, and the ability to run my business.This is no longer an inconvenience.> This is a direct risk to my business livelihood. Fix it now.
