Complete frustration regarding my Payoneer account. I’ve been a loyal user of Payoneer in my personal capacity for over three years and recently created a business account to align with changes in my business operations.Unfortunately, since the free trial period expired, my business account is now blocked from receiving payments—unless I upgrade. I am more than willing to pay the $60 upgrade fee, but I’m currently unable to do so because my client cannot send the funds required to make the upgrade possible. This creates a paradox where I cannot receive payments to upgrade, and I cannot upgrade without receiving payments.Frankly, I am shocked that there’s no workaround in place for this. It feels like a serious oversight in your system design. My business is being held hostage by this limitation, and I urgently need a solution that will allow me to resume normal operations and receive client payments.
I opened a business account with Payoneer and submitted all the required documents when receiving my first payment. Although it took some effort, the payment was eventually approved. However, just two days later, I received a second payment from a different business client, and things took a turn for the worse.Without requesting any additional documents or providing any explanation, Payoneer canceled the second payment and restricted my account. I was given no reason or opportunity to resolve the issue, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.This entire experience has been a waste of time, and I cannot recommend Payoneer to anyone looking for a reliable payment solution. Proceed with caution.
I just started using Payoneer and so far, the experience has been great. Setting up the account was quick and straightforward. The platform is easy to navigate, and it looks like a solid option for receiving international payments. Excited to see how it works long-term!
Account got closed for no reason. Just woke up to emails that my account was closed on the same day I was supposed to receive payment. There is no customer support because you need to be able to login to access live chat. The telephone option just tells you to visit the site and hangs up. Only other option is to send a message and wait TWO BUSINESS DAYS for a response. This is ridiculous.
Absolute worst service I ever used in 20 years of being an entrepreneur.I wanted to switch my bank account to another country. Based on what their support RECOMMENDED me, I made a company in this second country (imagine the hassle and the cost).Now, they are preventing me from switching my account. The support is simply stuck in a loop where half-human half-BOTs keep asking the SAME questions over and over. It's depressing, appalling and infuriating.This basically cost me 25k$ so far, as creating the company isn't cheap and it made me lose months (the dollar went down since). And now it seems like I'll have to lose another 3% (thousands) through a regular transfer because they simply block me from switching countries.3.8 rating? How much did it cost you?
