Complete frustration regarding my Payoneer account. I’ve been a loyal user of Payoneer in my personal capacity for over three years and recently created a business account to align with changes in my business operations.Unfortunately, since the free trial period expired, my business account is now blocked from receiving payments—unless I upgrade. I am more than willing to pay the $60 upgrade fee, but I’m currently unable to do so because my client cannot send the funds required to make the upgrade possible. This creates a paradox where I cannot receive payments to upgrade, and I cannot upgrade without receiving payments.Frankly, I am shocked that there’s no workaround in place for this. It feels like a serious oversight in your system design. My business is being held hostage by this limitation, and I urgently need a solution that will allow me to resume normal operations and receive client payments.
