Facilities I used were good

Facilities I used were good, clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy to get going. Parking and access good.I however joined to use the women's only facilities and when i looked there were many such swimming days. But then after I joined it seemed it had changed to just Sundays. This was very disappointing.

Review of Thomann

The guitars were properly checked before sending out?

Bought a B-stock telecaster and volume pot was not working properly. The sound was constant there was no way to volume down. Shared, pictures of the electronic unit and video as proof, the Thomann was requested the guitar back to repair. However the waiting time up to 3 weeks for a new bought items? Is this not a little bit longer? Why the guitar was not checked before? This guitar supposed to travel 3 times to the thomann? This is 3rd guitar(s) i bought from you and all the time something is faulty. This shouldn't be a coincidence any more? And yes, i have been still waiting for the guitar.

SCAM. Overcharged with 'Tax and Recovery charges'

Yesterday I made a hotel reservation on booking.com and got the confirmation via guestreservations.comNo idea how that's possible. Only then I saw the 'tax recovery charges and servicefees'. I am overcharged for 755 euro’s on a 1603 euro hotel room, which is about 50% more, which is stated as ‘tax recovery charges and services fees’. I am very sad about this, as I have never heard of such ‘tax recovery charges’. I tried to call and mail to the customerservice, but the mail is bounced and the phone does not work. Please help me with this huge problem.Best, RickUpdate: I was just refunded. NOT by Guestreservations, but by Getaroom.com / pps.priceline.com, both owned by Booking.comI am NEVEREVER book a hotel online again. Gives too much stress. One star review is too much. It should be minus 1.
