I want to update the saga of now recurring payments being processed by Payoneer. It is now day 3 and all I get is that it has been escalated. That is all they can tell me on the phone and in an email. No resolution nor time frame nor what the issue is--if I am the only one or if it is a system wide failure. Payoneer's customer service is inept and non-responsive. I have had to cancel all my recurring payments and pay manually to make sure my people get their money. I will one star them until they respond or get a solution done
