Bought e-scooter March 2025 in Halford Cork so I had 1 year guarantee but when I ask for repair they told that sorry but I have to contact with original shop in Uk. But I bought e-scooter McLaren Pure in Ireland. When I contacted Uk shop they told me they can’t collect my e scooter but I can pay for delivery on my own but that’s so expensive coz e-scooter is really heavy. And they left me with nothing no repair no cash back now replacement e-scooter
I visited Newmarket Rd Retail Park Cambridge was served by Mita, she is an asset to your company bubbly welcoming helpful she sorted out front wiper blades for me, then Ian fitted them, he was so quick and professional really welcoming and gave me invaluable advice on another product, dashcam thanks
Banbury store. It never fails to let you down. On two occasions now I've purchased an item, a defect has been present or they've given me the wrong item. On both occasions I've been advised over the phone to return to the store, and on both occasions I've arrived within 30 minutes to find a paper sign on the door advising they've shut 2 hours early, each time on a sunny Friday afternoon, coincidence? They literally sent me to the store knowing they were closing early. The incompetence of this store is topped only by the complete lack of accountability from the management, who allow this shameful display to continue.
Visited Halfords in Talbot Green, Llantrisant today to purchase a car seat. A lady named Sarah served us and couldn’t have been more helpful. She discussed the car seat in great detail, demonstrating how to use it and even installed the seat in to the car (in the pouring rain). Great service, we will definitely be purchasing more from that store.
I booked car for two new premium tyres at 1030hr. Halfords texted day before to ensure I arrived on time.I arrived on time but it took them 4 hours!!I booked tracking too but no report ever provided so asusme it wasnt carried out. Tnakfully Headoffice agreed to refund the ?50 for tracking. Will never use them again.
Went to pick up a spanner set wich i ordered online, after a long wait, obviously they don't have it at counter, they brought the wrong one, saying they don't have stock and keep me waiting for another 20 minutes to issue a refund for me, obviously in that waiting time i was just wondering around to be shocked to discover they had 4 sets on display, when i asked for storw manager they said he's not around at this moment, 4 staff couldn't not identify the set i ordered and they scratched the back of they head saying is not the end of the world, 4 of them unable to identify a normal set of spanners, nothing specialized, very disappointing, disrespecting customers... Finally i spent almost 2 hours to get a set of spanners, OMG whats going on at HALFORDS???
Terrible customer service. Mobile tyre fitting booked. Waited in all day and no-one arrived. Contacted customer services to be told they had moved my appointment to the next day, hadn't thought to let me know this.cabcelled order Won't be booking through Halfords again.
Went into Tamworth store last week for a car cleaning product and wiper blade, checked to see which blade i needed but the stock was not on shelf , looked around for a member of staff and all were up the other end of store by the checkout area just talking , i went up to ask for help no one was very interested but in the end one came down to help he couldn’t see is either then went around the corner to another section where they keep more blades but it is not marked up for customers to see, also the cleaning products i wanted was not there and to be honest the range of car cleaning products in their stores in my area seems to be getting smaller every time i go in, look to me like Halfords shops might be on their way out ,don’t think i will even bother next time and will go straight to Amazon
Halfords unit 3 Creek Road GosportStore 0594 Till 1 tran 060922Monday 15.09.25 10.27Today I needed my rear brake lights replaced so I went to Halfords in Gosport.From start to finish the customer service was excellent.I was greeted by Cheryl , explained what I needed and she immediately contacted a colleague, Fred.Fred checked the brake lights , replaced them and tested them .The reception, service and appropriate banter was great to experience and a reason why customers come back !They are both an asset to your company and should be rewarded !Many thanksSharon Parvin
Disgraceful Antisemitism & Appalling Management ResponseI am leaving this one-star review to report a deeply disturbing antisemitic incident I experienced at the Halfords in Ballymena, which was compounded by a completely inadequate management response.On the 17th of August, at approximately 3 pm, I was in the store waiting for a purchase to be installed. As an observant Jewish person, wearing my kippah, I was utterly horrified to hear an employee, who was working on a silver Hyundai SUV just outside, singing "Throw the Jew down the well".When I confronted the employee and his colleague to ask if it was all Jews they were planning on throwing down the well, they simply muttered a response and offered no apology whatsoever.To make matters worse, the company's follow-up has been just as shocking. When the store manager, Chris, phoned the next day, he couldn't have seemed less interested in the incident. He was completely unprepared for the call and didn't even have the basic details of this serious complaint at hand, showing a total lack of concern or professionalism.I am outraged by both the initial antisemitic attack and the subsequent dismissive attitude from management. I am considering reporting this to the Police and all relevant statutory bodies. Other customers deserve to know about the culture of hatred and indifference that is clearly being tolerated at this store.
