Went to pick up a spanner set wich i ordered online, after a long wait, obviously they don't have it at counter, they brought the wrong one, saying they don't have stock and keep me waiting for another 20 minutes to issue a refund for me, obviously in that waiting time i was just wondering around to be shocked to discover they had 4 sets on display, when i asked for storw manager they said he's not around at this moment, 4 staff couldn't not identify the set i ordered and they scratched the back of they head saying is not the end of the world, 4 of them unable to identify a normal set of spanners, nothing specialized, very disappointing, disrespecting customers... Finally i spent almost 2 hours to get a set of spanners, OMG whats going on at HALFORDS???
