Banbury store. It never fails to let you down. On two occasions now I've purchased an item, a defect has been present or they've given me the wrong item. On both occasions I've been advised over the phone to return to the store, and on both occasions I've arrived within 30 minutes to find a paper sign on the door advising they've shut 2 hours early, each time on a sunny Friday afternoon, coincidence? They literally sent me to the store knowing they were closing early. The incompetence of this store is topped only by the complete lack of accountability from the management, who allow this shameful display to continue.
