Review Time
I need to do a cancellation , in my reservation it was said that I can do it until today for all the money back. But in the system says that only part of it will come back. Faithfully an agent helped me and the problem was solved. Thanks to the real person my problem was solved after all.
Edit:They contacted me by email 4 days later, when I'm already on my vacation and barely check email, to tell me there's actually an issue with my booking, and that I need to pay extra within 48 hours, otherwise the tickets won't be valid. We knew in advance that there were issues with the booking and my first comment here was after they had allegedly quickly fixed it. Apparently, it takes 4 days to realise that there's an issue, and I can never trust a confirmation email with my eticket in it, as a few days later, I could receive an email stating that it won't be valid unless I do extra actions. Great feeling during a vacating, that I can't let go of checking mail and knowing that my travel plans are sealed. They do respond quickly in the chat and WhatsApp, and the agents are nice and knowledgeable, and that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. ----------------------------------Excellent customer service!I had an issue with my booking, and chatting with the agent on the website was extremely efficient and quick. I got a human agent in seconds, and he could help me solve the issue within minutes.
We booked tickets from Corfu to Paxi one month in advance. Ferryscanners took this booking on behalf of joy cruises and issued etickets. All apparently OK so far.A week before travel I got a suspicious email saying our booked passage had been changed to a later departure time. We could still make the crossing to booked accommodation but at a more inconvenient time. I replied to the email apparently from Joy Cruises to query but there has been no response. I have checked out the company joy cruises and there are other reports of them cancelling ferries with no refunds travellers being stranded and missing flights etc. I thus contacted our agent Ferryscanners, since they apparently offer unrivalled service answer chat/emails in 40seconds. This is total fiction. Last night I contacted Ferryscanner (8pm) so outside working hours. I expected a response first thing this am as they promise. No such luck. I emailled again at 8am and have still not received any response or support. No 40 second reply, no 40 minute reply, not even a 4 hour reply. This is not what I call unrivalled service and I am annoyed when businesses make brash claims which are proven wrong.My booking agent is responsible for resolving my issue and I might also ask if my sailing is cancelled or changed, why they have not advised me and proactively problem solved. Why too, are they taking bookings from ferry companies that don't fulfil their obligations. I need a response within the next 7 hours but Idonot have much hope of either ferryscanner the agent or joy cruises the ferry operator sorting this.I do not feel inclined to use either business in future. I would warn other travellers not to believe all claims made by these operators.
I booked a boat trip from Santorini to Folegandros for the 8th of August. My boat was cancelled due to bad weather conditions. I texted through live chat and email many times Ferryscanner in order to get info but nobody has ever replied.No assistance at all.No reply about the refund I am entitled to get.Book directly with the company, don't waste your money with this unserious portal.NikosThanks for your reply. Your customer service replied me a few days after my trip got cancelled and after being chased many times by email and by live chat.I got my refund but I booked a round trip and discovered that your customer service decided to cancel also the way back for no reason.I had to rebook myself both tickets.I understand that bad weather conditions were not your fault and you had to face a lot of cancellations, but I still think that I had a bad experience/service and next time I will book directly on the company website.
This company doesn't seem at all serious, and I have a strong feeling that they mistreat their clients.They cancelled my ticket even though I paid for it on their website and withdrew the money. I wrote to them (via a horrible chat service) and they said they would refund me by Saturday at the latest, or by Monday at the latest. On Monday, I still hadn't received anything. I wrote to them again and they said I had to be more patient and wait three business days. Now three days have passed and I still haven't received the refund.They really neglect their clients '? ? ? it's not one of their priorities!
