Edit:They contacted me by email 4 days later, when I'm already on my vacation and barely check email, to tell me there's actually an issue with my booking, and that I need to pay extra within 48 hours, otherwise the tickets won't be valid. We knew in advance that there were issues with the booking and my first comment here was after they had allegedly quickly fixed it. Apparently, it takes 4 days to realise that there's an issue, and I can never trust a confirmation email with my eticket in it, as a few days later, I could receive an email stating that it won't be valid unless I do extra actions. Great feeling during a vacating, that I can't let go of checking mail and knowing that my travel plans are sealed. They do respond quickly in the chat and WhatsApp, and the agents are nice and knowledgeable, and that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. ----------------------------------Excellent customer service!I had an issue with my booking, and chatting with the agent on the website was extremely efficient and quick. I got a human agent in seconds, and he could help me solve the issue within minutes.
