Refund Problem and No Proactivity

On June, I bought tickets from Paxos to Corfu. The original booking was for a 50-minute trip.However, upon arriving at the port, we were informed that the boat had been changed. While the departure time remained the same, the new vessel took approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes to reach Corfu'? ? ?significantly longer than the originally scheduled trip.This trip was 20'? ? ? per person cheaper than the one I bought.It has been 2 months and, although Ferryscanner has admitted I should get a refund, they haven't done it because they are checking the situation and waiting from an answer of the boat company (2 MONTHS).

Booking process was actually not smooth

Booking process was actually not smooth as we were not able to complete the booking online and had to make an international long distance call to speak to customer service. We were directed to walk about 2 miles to a remote office to physically pickup the boarding passes.

Booking Site was ok, but confirmation

Booking Site was ok. But the confirmation was so late that I booked on another side a second time and so had double fees. Confirmation came when the boat alredy was running.I wrote it to customers service. They didn't even apologize.'? ? ? ?'? ? ? ?I already removed the booking from my phone

Awful experience. Never again!!!

Their website didn't work correctly and entered the same name and surname for 2 passengers. We contacted the customer service and we received an answer late, offering no practical solution but buying new tickets again and HOPE the ferry boat company will refund the price of the wrong ticket, mentioning that ferryscanner cannot guarantee anything. Truly useless and disappointing customer service. I can guarantee you I will never book again through their website! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE FERRY BOAT COMPANY YOU'RE GOING TO USE. Mostly, the website is offered in English,too!
