I was not able to log in to the web site with my e-mail and password even after a password reset process. However booking and purchasing the tickets was very easy with Google account login. A detailed voucher has been sent to my e-mail address upon the completion of the process.
The intuitive UI and excellent customer service stood out. I had to cancel two trips, and the website made it easy to contact them through various channels like email and WhatsApp. Additionally, the customer service was very quick in handling my requests.
Booking process is fine, glad there is more than 3 or 4 currencies. But charging 2 euros for SMS notifications and 1 euro for online check-in with 2 euros of service fee is criminal. This feels like the company is trying to charge you for whatever they think they can, no matter how little.
