Wonderful experience for a one-day getaway!

I recently took a one-day trip from Piraeus to Tinos. I booked my ticket just the day before departure. The process was very easy and the company kept me informed. The ship departed on time, was spotlessly clean, the crew was very friendly and it all made the trip enjoyable. It helped that the weather was amazing and didn't rock the ship as it usually does due to its catamaran design.

Excellent service

Excellent service. They sorted out my problem without any fuss. Just be aware that the offices are closed over the weekend, but during opening times, they are super helpful and efficient!

Open ticket - awesome customer service

I had issued an open ticket due to a mistake I made while booking. I had never used Ferryscanner before and was unsure if I would get the tickets back for my trip back to Athens from the island of Hydra. But I contacted the customer service and got incredible help from the super friendly George Armagos. George made my day and I will definitely choose Ferryscanner the next time I book a ferry! Everything went perfectly

Everything went perfectly, I had to change the date of return back to Pireas and having already open ticket, the change was done without any extra fee. The correspondence was high even during a high workload day (Monday)
