Review of Ferryscanner
Their website didn't work correctly and entered the same name and surname for 2 passengers. We contacted the customer service and we received an answer late, offering no practical solution but buying new tickets again and HOPE the ferry boat company will refund the price of the wrong ticket, mentioning that ferryscanner cannot guarantee anything. Truly useless and disappointing customer service. I can guarantee you I will never book again through their website! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE FERRY BOAT COMPANY YOU'RE GOING TO USE. Mostly, the website is offered in English,too!
