Refund Problem and No Proactivity

On June, I bought tickets from Paxos to Corfu. The original booking was for a 50-minute trip.However, upon arriving at the port, we were informed that the boat had been changed. While the departure time remained the same, the new vessel took approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes to reach Corfu'? ? ?significantly longer than the originally scheduled trip.This trip was 20'? ? ? per person cheaper than the one I bought.It has been 2 months and, although Ferryscanner has admitted I should get a refund, they haven't done it because they are checking the situation and waiting from an answer of the boat company (2 MONTHS).
