Terrible service, flexi ticket is a scam.

If you think you'll need to make a change don't book with them or the flexi ticket. The support team are over run and it took me two hours to make a change, in the end i cancelled as it seemed to amateur to trust. They insisted on charging 104 for a change to a ferry which online was pretty much the same price as the original. I cancelled the ticket and booked again direct with the ferry for close to the same price, but reliable booking, these things shouldn'? ? ?t require understaffed manual adjustment, it'? ? ?s not suitable for last minute changes. P.s your reply didn'? ? ?t improve things, and the 100 fee doesn'? ? ?t make sense however you spin it. The price was the same as i originally paid. GO DIRECT

Its important than keep your phisical tickets with you

I want to cancel tickets, but the refund its not posible untill they get the tickets. I understood thats part of the procedure to refund. Even so, i have no tickets at this time so... Seems there IS no solution and you must keep the tickets open in order to dont loose them.

No updates or support in case of trip issues

I booked my ferry ticket to Mykonos with this company, my trip got postponed due to weather, they did not inform me. Then it got cancelled and a new trip was set to replace it, no information still. I tried to contact them through all the available methods to confirm my seat to the replacement trip, they did not answer for a whole day, I went to the port and got refused entrance, they said ferryscanner should have arranged the ticket. And on top of this when refunding me they refused to return the service fee although no service whatsoever was provided. Also no available phone number. Save your money, book with a real booking agency
