Terrible service, flexi ticket is a scam.

If you think you'll need to make a change don't book with them or the flexi ticket. The support team are over run and it took me two hours to make a change, in the end i cancelled as it seemed to amateur to trust. They insisted on charging 104 for a change to a ferry which online was pretty much the same price as the original. I cancelled the ticket and booked again direct with the ferry for close to the same price, but reliable booking, these things shouldn'? ? ?t require understaffed manual adjustment, it'? ? ?s not suitable for last minute changes. P.s your reply didn'? ? ?t improve things, and the 100 fee doesn'? ? ?t make sense however you spin it. The price was the same as i originally paid. GO DIRECT
