Very simple to book multiple ferries via the app. One ferry was cancelled due to damage and ferryscanner where very good with communication and sorting a refund. Easy to re-book another ferry to replace the breakdown route, too

problem solved very fast

I had a cancellation of my boat ticket from the ferry company and I contacted ferryscanner through live chat they solved my problem in ten minutes. I use ferryscanner a lot and always find the best options for my trip.

5 stars and the live chat option is excellent

Our afternoon ferry was cancelled and we needed advice and help in moving our booking. I used the live chat and Vasilis was excellent. Really helpful and got it all sorted for us. Would highly recommend as was very easy to use and response was all in English. Which was helpful.
