Ferryscanner supportnot forthcoming whe ferry booking cancelled

We booked tickets from Corfu to Paxi one month in advance. Ferryscanners took this booking on behalf of joy cruises and issued etickets. All apparently OK so far.A week before travel I got a suspicious email saying our booked passage had been changed to a later departure time. We could still make the crossing to booked accommodation but at a more inconvenient time. I replied to the email apparently from Joy Cruises to query but there has been no response. I have checked out the company joy cruises and there are other reports of them cancelling ferries with no refunds travellers being stranded and missing flights etc. I thus contacted our agent Ferryscanners, since they apparently offer unrivalled service answer chat/emails in 40seconds. This is total fiction. Last night I contacted Ferryscanner (8pm) so outside working hours. I expected a response first thing this am as they promise. No such luck. I emailled again at 8am and have still not received any response or support. No 40 second reply, no 40 minute reply, not even a 4 hour reply. This is not what I call unrivalled service and I am annoyed when businesses make brash claims which are proven wrong.My booking agent is responsible for resolving my issue and I might also ask if my sailing is cancelled or changed, why they have not advised me and proactively problem solved. Why too, are they taking bookings from ferry companies that don't fulfil their obligations. I need a response within the next 7 hours but Idonot have much hope of either ferryscanner the agent or joy cruises the ferry operator sorting this.I do not feel inclined to use either business in future. I would warn other travellers not to believe all claims made by these operators.
