This company doesn't seem at all serious, and I have a strong feeling that they mistreat their clients.They cancelled my ticket even though I paid for it on their website and withdrew the money. I wrote to them (via a horrible chat service) and they said they would refund me by Saturday at the latest, or by Monday at the latest. On Monday, I still hadn't received anything. I wrote to them again and they said I had to be more patient and wait three business days. Now three days have passed and I still haven't received the refund.They really neglect their clients '? ? ? it's not one of their priorities!
