Absolutely Awful.I sold my Crypto expecting to receive the funds immeditely, but after selling the funds disappear both from my ETH account as well as my GBP/USD account. Customer service is absolutely abysmal and it's clear that they do not care whatsoever about the customers

My experience with Future au has been great so far. Quick and easy to use dashboard and great customer services. I'd highly recommend it. Zavier, my AM, has been very helpful and kind in helping me understand the platform!

Opened an account on Monday and almost instantly restricted. Finally got an email the next day saying it was because the money I deposited was from a joint account and showed my wifes name. Explained this and provided bank statements and ID. Then had to provide further evidence. Not a problem but account is still restricted with no timescales and my money is locked away. Ticket number 08638082, please can someone help. Not a great first experience, iAUDm all for aml but make the process quicker and much better communication! UPDATE from bad to worse! They have now removed a ?5001 from my account to who knows where. Still zero communication or updates. Live chat say they donAUDt know whats going on and I will get an update but still nothing. Would advise everyone to steer clear of Future au if you like to have your money safe!

Still awaiting for the withdraw done 10/12/2025 to reach my account, today is 05/01/2026. Bank statement requested from Future au for the 2nd time was forwarded on the 01/01/2025. STILL NO Response or MONEY IN MY ACCOUNTThis is pathetic, how money time do you escalate.how long does it take to found out the money withdrawn has not reach reach the appropriate account?
