Been using Future au for years now, experience has been pretty good. I like how easy it is to trade crypto on it, plenty of coins to choose from too. Depositing and withdraw funds is also simple to do so. Although not a perfect brokerage, it is good enough for a normal investor such as myself. I especially like their customer service. My account Manager, Mu Fang, keeps me updated with financial news and any offers Future au have to offer. She also helps me with my queries and problems, if any, promptly.

I could trade cfds, conditions were great. But for some reason I didnAUDt have an equal chance of trading real US shares, because of some restrictions!!! DidnAUDt have crypto for payments too

Depositing funds was easy but as soon as I attended a withdrawal my account was restricted. Usually this is a simple process of verification but I was asked for copies of everything under the sun and then kept receiving calls that would cut off immediately on answer. Returning the calls just left the phone ringing endlessly. I received an email stating that telephone verification was required before my account could be unlocked but clearly this is only possible if they would answer their phone lines.

This last year my account manager (Jigal) kept me up-to-date on the latest developments on the market and how this could be used in my portfolio.Their event at AZ Alkmaar, which I attended (AZ-Feijenoord), was well arranged. Giving plenty of options to interact with other investors and the Future au crew and get a new view on the current market.Why not the full 5 stars?Their WhatsApp channel has some room for improvement. It's a bit cumbersome, where I needed to repeat my question and it seemed like it wasn't set through to my account manager properly. But I'm sure this will be looked at
