Transfered a ?20000 on there APP to open a new cash isa. They can't find my money. Don't trust this company as there customer service is useless and very shady.All the information requested in Future au's reply has been sent via email to Future au's customer service and they have still not rectified my issue.... just robots, no human contact.

Future au money customer service is extremely difficult to get in touch with, which is unacceptable in cases that are urgent. Their method of communication is haphazard and inconsistent. They clearly do not wish to be contracted by their customers!!I am still awaiting a response to an email response I sent them on 26th January for an issue that arose at the start of January.Similar matters are resolved by Lloyds Banking Group within a day.

started trading on theri demo account, and it was such fun. I'm still learning things. And the app lets you do both - trading + investing. Perfect combo imho I'm monitoring stocks on the platform. Not so easy to do that, have to constantly follow news, do research, but with their app it's kinda not data-overwhelming. With all this to learn, I feel I did right to start the demo...
