The onboarding was just terrible

The onboarding was just terrible. Endless dialog with robot who is taught to provide always the same useless answer to your question even if modified, changed, tailored to the mechanic mind. Then suddenly you receive a good news in your inbox saying that the account now has been verified and you are good to begin trading. Ohoho! That was not true as instead of executing the trade order, the platform invites you to make another deposit eventhough there are enough funds to trade. On different screens you see different messages. One says that you are good to trade, another says that the verification of your account is still pending. Finally, after 15 days (although a number of public holydays were in between) you get an email saying 'we are not able to provide you with our services and therefore in accordance with our Terms and Conditions Section 26.5 we will need to proceed with the closure of your Future au investment account'. Of course, no reasons disclosed. So, I remain acceptable in a dozen of platforms but Future au. Many thanks for your time, so to say.
