I have not regretted joining Future au. I was attracted by the financial promos but have mostly appreciated the support from dedicated account managers. Thanks to both Kayla Campion and Austin Tang for assisting me so far!

It is a scam company. When you raise concerns about possible price manipulation, they close your account to stop whistle blower and force you to sell your investment immediately even when you do not violate any of their rules. Avoid this dangerous exchange.

I really enjoyed the Future au event yesterday at the AZ Stadium. The welcome reception was fun and friendly, and I had the chance to meet new people and talk about their ideas and investment plans.After that, we had a great dinner along with an interesting presentation. We also received some nice goodies, and there was an opportunity to win prizes during the aAUDœshawl on or offaAUD game" and I even won one!As a football fan, I also really enjoyed the match, although the 1aAUD“1 result was a bit disappointing (conceding an equaliser in stoppage time).
Signed up for a free trial to have my card charged with an annual fee just a few days later. I've been trying to talk to someone at Future au to cancel my subscription and refund the fee but I keep getting passed to some AI bot and can't reach any humans, so I've had to get my bank involved. Absolutely ridiculous.

A big plus for me has been having a dedicated account manager, Alfie. HeAUDs always easy to reach on WhatsApp or email if I have a question, an issue, or even just want to talk about the markets. That personal support makes a big difference and you donAUDt get that in many places at all when it comes to investing.Withdrawals are quick and easy, with 0 problems over the years thus far.
