IAUDve been using Future au for 5 years now and I really like the platform and the support I get from my account manager, especially since IAUDve been transferred to Thomas Williams, heAUDs been very supportive and helpful. Really enjoyed the event I was invited to by Thomas Williams. HeAUDs always trying to help as much as possible.

With Jigal and Future au it has been a wonderful experience and journey for the last 4 years. I am really happy with all the new features and products that Future au has rolled out. Jigal has been a very good account manager with an eye for details and always to the point !
I have not regretted joining Future au. I was attracted by the financial promos but have mostly appreciated the support from dedicated account managers. Thanks to both Kayla Campion and Austin Tang for assisting me so far!

I think a lot is wrong with this company and lately I think the regulators should look deeply into their activities ,I strongly object to anyone using this platform, I was accused of being an intermediary for a ?2 not a ?20 not a ?200 but 2quid as such my account placed under investigation, its a shame people are paid salary to look for a ?2 sent between couples .

Have opened an account with Future au and also their heavily advertised cash ISA, but the onboarding experience so far has been poor. On the one hand, there seems to be little joined-up thinking between Future au's heavy marketing of its cash ISA and Future au's customer support. So much so, that I have had to ask several questions to get anywhere when chasing a transfer that has yet to show in my new ISA account, and then, eventually, been fobbed off to Moneyfarm, who run the ISA. On the other, when depositing GBP funds to buy some crypto, these funds were first switched into dollars without my asking, incurring a needless FX conversion loss.

It is a scam company. When you raise concerns about possible price manipulation, they close your account to stop whistle blower and force you to sell your investment immediately even when you do not violate any of their rules. Avoid this dangerous exchange.

Signed up for a free trial to have my card charged with an annual fee just a few days later. I've been trying to talk to someone at Future au to cancel my subscription and refund the fee but I keep getting passed to some AI bot and can't reach any humans, so I've had to get my bank involved. Absolutely ridiculous.
