I am extremely dissatisfied with this platform. In the past, my positions have been sold while in profit without my consent, and on several occasions stop-loss orders failed to execute. However, the latest incident is unacceptable. I placed very tight stop-losses on Friday to protect a large position. Despite this, when the market opened on Monday after a pre-market drop of around 3%, my positions were sold at losses exceeding 3%, completely ignoring the stop-loss protection I had already set. This failure cost me a significant amount of money. Risk management tools that do not work when they are needed most make this platform unreliable and unsafe. I withdrew all my money now!
