Review of Future AU
Signed up for a free trial to have my card charged with an annual fee just a few days later. I've been trying to talk to someone at Future au to cancel my subscription and refund the fee but I keep getting passed to some AI bot and can't reach any humans, so I've had to get my bank involved. Absolutely ridiculous.
